General FAQs
What’s the best way to get in touch with you?
The best way to get in touch is by email at hi@sparkmadeinc.com. I’m constantly checking my email and will get back to you within one business day.
What’s your turnaround time?
My turnaround time is three to seven business days depending on type of item you order. Ready made items ship within three business days. For custom orders turnaround, please refer to that section.
During the holiday season shipping times can increase, I advice to plan in advance when placing your order or contact me before to make sure it will arrive on time.
What’s your return policy?
All sales are considered final but if you have a problem with your product, please feel to reach out to hi@sparkmadeinc.com. I guarantee the quality of my products and would try to assist as much as possible.
Why my order doesn’t look exactly as the pictures?
As all hand-made items, there are never two pieces exactly alike. I use natural wood for many of my items and due ti the nature of wood sometimes there would be differences in knots, textures, and engraving tones. Textured acrylic or sublimated textures can also vary depending on the part of board the piece was cut, however, I always try to have all my items to match as possible to the pictures in the store.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment we are only shipping to US and Canada. I also offer order pick up in Miami, FL by appointment only.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the size and weight of you order.
Custom Orders
Can I have my logo engraved?
Yes. I can engraved you logo in any piece suitable for it. I will only need the design in all black and in SVG or high resolution PNG. If you have special instructions feel free to add the comments when sending your files and/or placing your order.
What’s your turnaround time for custom orders?
Custom engraving for ready made items take up to five business days, and custom made orders that require cutting, painting, or assembling, can take within seven to ten business days to ship.
During the holiday season the turnaround time can get extended, I advice to plan in advance when placing your order or contact me before to make sure it will arrive on time.
Would you send me a proof before engraving?
I usually don’t send proofs unless requested or if I have any doubts about your custom order requirements. For custom made wholesale orders I will always send proofs before starting the production.
Wholesale
Do you do wholesale?
Yes. I can offer wholesale pricing in most of my items. If you interested in placing an order for resale, feel free to reach out to me to hi@sparmakeinc.com with the subject “Wholesale”.
Can you take wholesale custom orders?
Yes, custom items can be sold wholesale. Pricing would be calculated by number of items and order amount. Reach out to me to hi@sparmakeinc.com if you are interested in order promotional items for you business, or wedding and party gifts and favors.
